This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from PinPointRC Tracking Inc. (the “Physical Goods”)

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, PinPointRC Tracking Inc. will repair or replace, at no charge, products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

PinPointRC Tracking Inc. will replace the Product at no charge.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from PinPointRC Tracking Inc. is 30 days from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 20 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

PinPointRC Tracking Inc. reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party to modify, suspend or terminate this warranty.

Promotional items (those sent to you for the purpose of carrying out reviews, videos, etc.) are not covered by this warranty.
